World Geography Bowl
Central Elementary had two big winners for the Geography Bowl: Joel C. (Mrs. Santos and Mrs. Kosev's class) and Brisa Q. (Mrs. Wright and Mrs. Bautista's class). They competed in the Central feeder pattern competition today and did great!
Out of the 7 rounds, Joel made it to the 2nd and Brisa made it to the 5th. We are so proud of these students! They studied very hard and took the competition seriously.

Lewisville Community Garden
Recently, our school was sponsored with two plots in the Lewisville community garden. Our Science club students planted potatoes and will continue to look after our beautiful garden.

Central Elementary Choir
The Central Elementary Choir consists of 50 students from 3rd, 4th and 5th grades and is under the direction of Ms Carrie Bell and assistant directors Ms Sherri Miles and Ms Esther Sanchez. The choir was established in 2008 and has performed in many locations including the Dr. Pepper Arena, Sandy Lake Funfest and Lewisville High School.
